You are invited to the first public presentation of a philosophical proposition I’ve been professing for some time. This coming Tuesday night at Rudyard’s, I ask the question: Can new political legal theories that propose an expansion of human rights which recognize the “internal rights” of all humans, point a way towards understanding and developing social practice art or socially engaged art projects?
